Gabriela is an experienced psychologist who works in private practice with a special interest in explorative psychotherapies. Gabriela integrates therapeutic modalities depending on the needs of her clients and the necessity of the therapeutic process. Her work is supported by 17 years of experience in the public and private sector.

Gabriela has also provided quality training to a variety of organizations, businesses, schools and has been involved as a guest speaker at conferences, on television and appeared on various media platforms. 

Gabriela works collaboratively and respectfully with her clients and their families to improve their psychological wellbeing through a holistic approach. She is a dedicated and gentle therapist who is very passionate about her work. Gabriela has also completed additional specialized training in Cognitive, Solution-Focused, Group work, Family, Schema and Gestalt Therapy.

She believes that self-acceptance is one of the most difficult, yet vital challenges people face.  With that in mind, she has assisted many clients in the recovery of an eating disorder and acceptance of who they are.

Gabriela is an approved supervisor who loves teaching others and sharing her knowledge. She believes ongoing training, self-awareness and appropriate guidance is necessary to professional growth.
