Martin Pradel is a clinical social worker and family therapist with almost 25 years of clinical experience across a range of community and mental health services. For the last 14 years he has specialised in eating disorders with adolescents and their families.

 He is the current Coordinator Lead of the Eating Disorders Service at the Royal Children's Hospital - Adolescent Medicine Department, Melbourne. The role includes providing family-based therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, clinical-research coordination, supervision and service leadership. He has also co-designed and facilitated parent education and skills group and provided eating disorders training and service development consultancy to mental health services across the Victoria. He is a regular presenter at national and international eating disorders conferences.

 Martin is also an accredited family therapy supervisor (Australian Association of Family Therapy) and a ‘live group supervisor’ for Masters of Clinical Family Therapy students in the Bouverie Family Centre Academic Program.

Please note that Martin's availability is for fortnightly Fridays (starting from 24 February) between 9:00am - 4:00pm.
